Public, Instructor-led Training in Pittsburgh and Online

Public training is best for individuals who need to learn the fundamentals of an application. At our training facility in Pittsburgh, or online via Web conferencing, registered participants take a standard, hands-on class to learn the mechanics and potential benefits of using an application. This solution is appropriate for an organization with a few individuals who need to gain tools and skills quickly and efficiently, or for a person who’d like to be considered as a prospective consultant in our staff augmentation network. Course materials, and completion certificates with PDUs/CEUs are provided.

Private, Instructor-led Training In Person and Online

Private training is offered to groups of individuals from the same organization. The standard Oracle® Primavera curricula can be customized to focus on specific software functionality you use or would like to use. Private training can be delivered at our facility in Pittsburgh, on-site at your training facility, at a third-party training facility, or online via Web conferencing. Course materials, and completion certificates with PDUs/CEUs are provided.

On-demand Online training gives our clients even greater convenience. Primavera trainees around the world can access recorded lessons and study on their own time, in their own workspace.

Can I register for public, instructor-led training and pay with a PO or a check instead of paying with a credit card?
We’d prefer that you use our online registration system and pay for your training with a credit card. If your organization would like to request that we make an exception to this policy, please contact us at info@simplexgroup.com.
Do I have to travel to Pittsburgh in order to attend a public, instructor-led class?
No. We understand that sometimes travel can be both inconvenient and cost-prohibitive. That’s why we’ve introduced Instructor-led Online Primavera Training. Students anywhere in the world can attend our training sessions by using the latest Web-conferencing technologies. It’s almost like being there in person. All you need is a phone, a computer, and an Internet connection. Details
Do I need to bring anything with me to your training facility in Pittsburgh?
No. Your training materials are e-mailed to you, and we provide each participant with a computer workstation and Primavera software to use during the class.
What time will my instructor-led class start, and when will it finish?
In-person classes in Pittsburgh begin at 8:30 AM, and continue until approximately 4:30 PM ET. Instructor-led classes conducted online are held from 9:30 AM to approximately 5:30 PM ET. In both cases, we take an hour-long break for lunch, and there are also short mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks.

Dress is casual; what’s most important is that you’re comfortable and ready to concentrate on your course information.

Yes. It’s equipped with wireless Internet access, free of charge.
For classes at your Pittsburgh training facility, what happens if the weather is bad?
In extremely rare cases, we must make a last-minute decision to postpone a class. To confirm that your class is being conducted as scheduled, please visit this page before leaving your home or hotel on training days. If, for some reason, we must cancel or reschedule a class, we’ll make an announcement on that page.
