Attending Simplex Training Courses
On training day(s), instruction will begin at 8:30 AM, and will continue until approximately 4:30 PM. We will take an hour’s break for lunch, and there will also be short mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks.

Dress is casual; what’s most important is that you’re comfortable and ready to concentrate on your course information. We provide your training materials, and a computer workstation for you to use, so there’s no need to bring anything other than a writing utensil. You may be interested in knowing that our training facility is equipped with wireless Internet access, free of charge.
In extremely rare cases (under inclement weather conditions, for example) we must make a last-minute decision to postpone a class. To confirm that your class is being conducted as scheduled, please visit this Web page before leaving your home or hotel on training day(s). If, for some reason, we must cancel or reschedule a class, we’ll make an announcement here. Follow I-279 North to Downtown Pittsburgh. Proceed through the Fort Pitt Tunnel/Bridge. Exit at Liberty Avenue. Proceed through the first stop light at Commonwealth Place (Pittsburgh Hilton is on the left). At the second stop light, turn right on Stanwix Street. Turn left on 4th Avenue (through PPG Plaza). From the North:
Follow I-279 South to Downtown Pittsburgh 6th Avenue or 7th Avenue Exits. Turn left on Grant Street. Proceed past The William Penn Hotel. Turn right on Forbes Avenue. Proceed through the next stop light crossing Cherry Way. Proceed through the next stop light crossing Smithfield Street. At the next stop light, turn left on Wood Street. From the East:
Follow I-376 (westbound) to Downtown Pittsburgh Grant Street Exit. Proceed through the first stop light at Fort Pitt Boulevard. Proceed through the second stop light at First Avenue. Proceed through the third stop light at The Boulevard of the Allies. Proceed through the fourth and fifth stop lights at Third and Fourth Avenues (past Oxford Centre). At the sixth stop light, turn left on Forbes Avenue. Proceed through the next stop light crossing Cherry Way. Proceed through the next stop light crossing Smithfield Street. Follow Route 51 (northbound) to Downtown Pittsburgh Liberty Bridge/Tunnel Exit. After crossing the bridge, exit at The Boulevard of the Allies. Turn left onto the Boulevard of the Allies. Proceed through the next 4 lights crossing Grant Street, Smithfield Street, Wood Street and Market Street. Turn right on Stanwix Street. Travel 2 blocks to Fourth Avenue, turn right on 4th Avenue.
