This course provides standard hands-on project management training–leading participants through the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution. Attendees acquire a comprehensive set of Microsoft Project 2007 skills, such as how to add a new project, create a new calendar, save a baseline plan, add tasks and relationships to a project, set task deadlines and constraints, assign resources, track costs, customize and print project views, update project progress, and create reports. Special emphasis is placed on the management of architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) projects.
